Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking.
If you have reached our website via an advertisement placed by Google, Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer. If the user visits certain pages on our site and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customer websites. The information collected from the Conversion cookie is used to generate statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for Conversion Tracking. Customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive information that personally identifies users.

7.5 Google AdSense and DoubleClick
Our website uses Google AdSense and DoubleClick. These are online services that allow you to place advertisements on third party sites. The component is operated by Alphabet Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

A pixel-code is a miniature graphic that is embedded in Internet pages in order to enable a log file recording and a log file analysis, whereby a statistical evaluation can be carried out. Based on the embedded pixel-code, Alphabet Inc. can recognize if and when a website was opened by a person and which links were clicked. Counting pixels are used, among other things, to evaluate the flow of visitors to a website.
Google AdSense is explained in more detail under this link https://www.google.de/intl/de/adsense/start/ .
